Returns/Exchanges

I do not accept returns or exchanges. Please reach out if there is a problem with your order and I am happy to help!

Cancellations

I do not accept cancellations for pre-order items after 24 hrs. Please email me ([email protected]) if you need to cancel an order, and as long as it is not a pre-order that was ordered over 24 hours before, I will be happy to help!

Lost mail/Stolen items

I am not responsible for any lost or stolen items. I am also not responsible for any USPS delays in shipping. Please keep in mind there may be delays in your shipment due to covid-19, especially if you have placed an international order.

Shipping

My current processing time can range from 1-3 weeks, but I usually pack orders asap! I am a full time student as well as a shop owner/artist, so I greatly appreciate your patience and understanding!

UK/EU Buyers

If you are ordering from a country that is either the UK or part of the EU, I am not able to accept your order through my BigCartel website. You will need to instead check out on Etsy, and if you happen to place an order on my BigCartel site, it will be automatically cancelled and refunded back to you. This is due to the new VAT tax rules in place and I am not able to make any special exceptions.
